Unfortunately, it appears money more than candidate and platform determines the tier. At least according to the media.
I think Huckabee has an awesome chance at breaking that standard though. He's by far the most inspirational candidate of the lot.

And I won't deny that the number of people willing to invest in a candidate and the amount they're willing to invest says something about viability as a candidate, but positive coverage for a candidate can certainly would foster the perception that a candidate is viable. Thanks for visiting.
