So-called MSM loves division over S. Ct. nominees

The so-called MSM is loving the dust-up between "the right wing" and Dubya about AG Gonzales' prospects of an appointment to the S.Ct. Though the issue is muddied by most widely-read articles on the issue, it is not Gonzales' political views that bother true Conservatives; rather, it is his muddled understanding of the proper role of the judiciary--his judicial philosophy.
