Anne Coulter is a living slasher movie. Her obsession with 'Clinton is evil' is akin to Phil Valentine on immigrants. At some point, you really do begin to help the other side.

* omitted information in those sources that refuted the claims in her book;
* misrepresented news coverage to allege bias;
* relied upon outdated and unreliable sources;
* and invented "facts."

DEUTSCH: Christian — so we should be Christian? It would be better if we were all Christian?

DEUTSCH: we should just throw Judaism away and we should all be Christians, then, or —
COULTER: Yeah. .. No, we think — we just want Jews to be perfected, as they say.

Coulter is a flame-throwing, attention-seeking amti-semitic, book-pimping hate monger. Yeah, she is a communicator..a communicator that continues to polarize and spew hate.
You deserve better company, Ned. And your book-selling shot at SB is a cheap shot.
The Christianity I aspire to does not look anything like Coulter.

I will look at the "14 Lies!!" doc, but your links have a tendency to underwhelm me with their significance or relevance. If we had a Harvard Seminar of Conservatives raking over Stuart Smalley's books we could surely turn up more than 14!! problems.
As far as the Deutsch comments--she is known for hyperbole and drama, but the Bible is pretty straightforward in asserting that it is right and no other religions are. That's not politically correct, but as long as we're using words and not machetes, it's a free country, right?
Y'all, she definitely throws flames, but some things need burning. Calling Edwards a sissy, calling out the Jersey Girls (who at least arguably thrust themselves--presumptuously, into the public sphere), pointing out that Ted Kennedy should be ashamed of the death of Mary Jo Kopechne? She writes opinion, and though her opinions are always debatable, she is incredibly well-sourced.
She's abrasive, but are you--william or SB, any less spiteful or vicious in the things you allege about people? (John, you've always been restrained in my experience, so . . .)
I can't believe that I'm now defending her (y'all probably should have just said, "maybe Ned's coming around," but thanks for slapping me back to reality) Yeah, she's brilliant and even if she is over-the-top and super-tenacious at times, she is evil. Why is it easier for you to laugh at the barbs of Jon Stewart et al than those of Coulter? I have my suspicions . . .
Only Ann could actually succeed in making Mike seem more liberal than Giuliani. A near impossible task...
Mike Huckabee has been called a populist in the vein of John Edwards, here is the problem. Mike stands for workers shafted by the system, John stands for the welfare class.
Mike is for eliminating taxes that are withheld and thus strengthening the American middle class. Since when is that not conservative?
John Edwards would increase taxes on all who work. Mike would stand for the worker and entrepreneur as both often are one and the same and are the key to American success in the future.
Mike being able to answer problems that conservatives typically just concede to the liberals, we need a guy who can pop, the likes of Hillary, on the chin on their own playground.
I am not "bored" of the top tier, I find them unacceptable and have discovered that Mike is the best candidate for the Republican party to pin their hopes on.
Good points, and I think that a lot of Huckabee's perceived populism is merely perceived. His communication style and message formulation lends itself to softened edges and--pardon the expression, "kinder, gentler" policy. But he is definitely more like Dubya than Thomas Sowell.
