This is a fantastic report of a Baton Rouge church's ministry to relief workers . . . it describes the harrowing circumstances for rescuers/workers and the inexplicable stubbornness of some N.O. residents. Aside from the reporter's misinterpretation of God's promise never to wipe out mankind with a flood, it is a great piece of reporting.
