Accountability appears to improve education

It appears from recent Tennessee education scores that the increased accountability of Bush's NCLB Act is working. The ONLY ones who thought it wouldn't help are Liberals and many Educrats. Noone likes to have someone looking over their shoulder, but too many in the public education system don't appreciate the fact that they exist to serve the interests of parents and society.
