This article concerning recent oral arguments in a Federal Appeals Court is interesting because the reporter so blatantly is slanting the story. He makes a big deal about appellate judges asking pointed questions and asking a lot of questions and cornering attorneys and wondering aloud about attorneys' legal arguments . . . uh, that's typical for an appellate court. But of course, it is important to characterize judges as being biased and to rebut their arguments (in the text of the "report") when the issue involves the Religious Right!!!!! (Oh, and I like the gratuitous swipe at the "controversial" but recently-seated appointee, Bill Pryor) In any event, the Left must put on a full-court press to defend its theory of origins--evolution. And the so-called mainstream media must do its part, even though Intelligent Design is merely a scientific observation/critique about macro-evolution.
