The Libby prosecution

This is an excellent article (tip 'o the hat to Mark Levin) about the difficulty of proving charges of perjury, false statements and obstructing justice. It is politically unfortunate that, in the event that Libby is acquitted, the Left will complain of a right-wing legal cabal.
