How ironic . . . FEMA now accused of spendthriftyness

This article has a time-warpish feel to it . . . local officials (and the so-called MSM) are raising questions about use of taxpayer monies by FEMA to provide relief dollars following Katrina. It appears that boatloads of money have been given out to undeserving persons making exaggerated and fraudulent claims. Yeah, tell us about it. I wonder if Howie Dean will want hearings on this aspect of the Federal Gov't's response to Katrina.
